Scope of Practice: I am a retired LCSW who keeps a small caseload of coaching clients that I meet with online. Coaching is not appropriate to persons in crisis or whose functioning difficulties requires therapy by a licensed clinician. My education and background equip me to evaluate your situation and make referrals to licensed professionals if needed to support your wellness goals. My work with personality trait sensitivity relies on insight and has the best outcomes with clients who are motivated to grow. If you have an active substance abuse problem, are at risk for domestic violence, or have current suicidal thoughts, those are crisis situations: If you are experiencing an immediate mental health crisis, call 2-1-1 for assistance. Confidentiality. Your confidentiality is fully protected in our work together. To ensure the quality of your care, I participate in continued education and periodic peer consultation. During consultations, identifying client information is removed.
